Use the bulbs as any other onion and use the greens like chives. Chop em up and sprinkle on soups and salads.

Blackberries are wonderfully nutritious. Eat them fresh, bake them into pancakes, or enjoy as desert with whipped cream or ice cream.
Enjoy this lemony herb in salads, or as a seasoning for a lemon risotto/rice dish. A friend of mine recently had a steak with lemon balm seasoning and she gives a great review for the combo. You can also enjoy lemon balm as a tea.
You’ll get to try two new types this week: “Ozette” and “All Blue”. Ozette is a heirloom fingerling that grows in a tubular shape. All Blue potatoes are just as they sound: a blue purplish hue inside and out.These potatoes have extra antioxidants called anthocyanins, which are found in blue colored fruits and vegetables.
Yum! Garlic goes great with the spring onions for seasoning any dish. Try them with your new potatoes this week.
