Week 15 Harvest Share 2016


Here’s what our members are receiving this week! 

Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes

This medley of heirloom cherry tomatoes makes for a colorful snack.

Summer Squash

Cook em on the grill, sauté them and add to tacos!

Savoy Cabbage*

This lovely fall cabbage is great cooked up with some apples, onions, potatoes, and sausage. Yum!


Collard greens are wonderfully nutritious. Cook them as you would any other green. 

Sweet Red Italian Peppers* 

These peppers could be fried up with some summer squash and parmesan for a delicious side dish.

Pineapple Mint

One more round of this lovely fragrant mint!
